1. Introduction

GrowthOS (HighGrow) provides mobile attribution, link routing, and app analytics tools for developers. We are committed to protecting the privacy of both our customers (app developers) and the end-users of our customers' applications.

2. Data We Collect from Developers

When you create an account on GrowthOS, we collect information including:

• Name, email address, and company details.
• Connected API credentials (such as App Store Connect and Play Store Console keys).
• Payment details processed securely via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

3. Data We Process on Behalf of Mobile End-Users

When an end-user clicks a smart link, redirect bridge, or opens an app containing our SDK, we process the following data to perform attribution and route redirection:

• Device Metadata: User-Agent string, device model, operating system, and IP address.
• Attribution parameters: Click IDs, UTM parameters, and Play Store install referrers.
• App events: Trial activation, signup, and purchase telemetry.

4. Compliance & SDK Regulations

Developers integrating our SDK are required to disclose their use of attribution tools in their privacy policy. GrowthOS supports:

• GDPR & CCPA: Data subject rights requests, data minimization, and secure EU-US parameters.
• iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT): Support for SKAdNetwork conversion value tracking endpoints for privacy-safe advertising.

5. Data Retention

We retain telemetry event logs and raw click statistics for up to 90 days, after which data is aggregated into anonymous cohorts and metrics, and raw logs are deleted.
