Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using the GrowthOS (HighGrow) platform, SDKs, or APIs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Account Obligations & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including SDK Keys and API secrets. Any activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized usage.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

GrowthOS handles high-volume redirection. You agree not to use the platform for:

• Redirecting traffic to malicious websites, phishing domains, or prohibited material.
• Exploiting deep linking schemes to bypass user consent or device restrictions.
• Generating fake click attribution logs (click farming, bot networks).

4. Payment, Billing, & Paddle Checkout

All paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual schedule. GrowthOS handles billing checkouts and invoices via our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you at least 30 days before any price adjustments.

5. Limitation of Liability

GrowthOS is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. GrowthOS is not liable for lost profits, data losses, or operational damages resulting from deep linking failures or analytics model discrepancies.
